Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other excluded regions.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened headsets & headphones (due to hygiene concerns)
- Installed surveillance equipment (must be reported as defective within 15 days)
- ADA communication devices with activated software licenses
Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Package & Ship

Refund Information

- Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing (appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Timeline:
- Replacement items ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return
Return Shipping Costs
