Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and accessories
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Opened headsets & headphones (due to hygiene concerns)
- Installed surveillance equipment (must be reported as defective within 15 days)
- ADA communication devices with activated software licenses
Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Package and Ship

Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing (appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles)
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
For exchanges, your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Commercial & Bulk Order Considerations
For business clients with bulk orders (5+ units of the same item):
- Partial returns are accepted (minimum 50% of order quantity must be returned)
